Ruth Alice Cordova
June 2, 1934 - April 3, 2012. Our "gramma" and mother Alice passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning due to an age related illness. Alice was a kind caring person who's first thought was always of those around her. She was very devoted to her family, especially her great grandchildren. She was a nurturing, loving, outgoing person who loved nothing more than to spoil her grandkids, and great grandkids. She was always giving us a 'thumbs up' to let us know she was okay. The lessons she taught us will always carry on in the people she has helped us become. She will always be in our hearts, and thoughts. She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents Pablo and Maria Fernandez, 6 siblings, Salomon Cordova, Matt Lohman, and many other family members. She is survived by her children Mary Lohman, Orsenia 'Jo' Lohman (Jimmy), Patricia Griego (Bill), Ben Lohman (Karen), and Matt Lohman Jr. as well as her 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, her very special nieces Georgia and Christine Martinez, and too many cousins and other family members to list. Services will be held at the San Felipe Catholic Church in Wendover Utah at 11:00 a.m. Monday morning. The viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the services. Afterwards around 2:30 p.m. she will be laid to rest in Rush Valley, Utah."In every heart... awaits your angel."
