Nancy Joy Peterson Calvin passed away on July 28, 2011. She was born in Salt Lake City Utah to Elsie H. Peterson & E. Walter Peterson on Feb 8, 1939. She spent her early childhood in Idaho, Washington and Murray, Utah. Graduated from Murray High in 1957. Preceded in death by her parents. Survived by her loving husband Bob, children Michelle (Brent) Jorgensen, Michael & Carmelle. Also survived by the joys of her life, her grandchildren, Alxy, Brandon, Ryan & Cody. & her loving brother, Russ (Deanna) Peterson & loving sister Marilyn Cameron, as well as many other relatives and friends. Married Robert Calvin July 9, 1958. Later solemnized in the LDS temple. Nancy enjoyed painting, sewing, camping but most of all being with her family. Viewings: Held at lake Point Ward house off of Canyon Drive, Tuesday: Aug 2nd from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and Wednesday: Aug 3rd from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Funeral service is at 12:00 noon on Aug 3rd. Afterword, there will be a small luncheon before departing to Wasatch Lawn in Salt Lake, 3401 Highland Drive. Services entrusted with Didericksen Memorial 435-277-0050.
