Lyle was an avid wrestler and a true lover of the sport. He wrestled for 20 years and coached for 5 years before “leaving it all on the mat” in retirement. He gained so many friendships throughout his career and loved them all. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Zealand where that became a second home to him and was always trying to find a way to move back. He loved to explore the outdoors where he found joy spending time with our dog Cuddles. Lyle loved his family so much and will forever be in our hearts.
Lyle is survived by his wife Julie of 11 years and his mother Patsy of Grantsville. He is preceded in death by his fatherClarence and grandparents; Keith Hanney Evans, Rita Vera Barker, Dewey Laren Willis and Teora Newby.
There will be a graveside service at a later date in Grantsville, UT.
