Kristie Lynn Russell Anderson passed away suddenly July 27, 2011. Kristie was born on July 13, 1975 to Breck and Kim Russell. Kristie grew up in Grantsville, Utah, graduating from Grantsville High School in 1993. Kristie later moved to Salt Lake City where she met and married the love of her life, Cory Anderson. Throughout her life, Kristie worked at Robin’s Drive-In, U.S. Postal Service, IHC, and American Express. Kristie was known by all to have a very big heart. She was an extremely generous soul who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Kristie leaves behind her husband, Cory Anderson, and two beautiful children, Kamberlee, 9, and Jake, 7. Kristie is also survived by her parents Breck and Kim Russell, sister Shandee (Jesse) Ellis, nieces and nephews Kaidon, Kennedy, Jentry, Gatlyn, Brennar, and Cameron, brother-in-laws Lynn (Jeanne) Anderson, Nick (Marsha) Anderson, Kim (Kathie) Anderson, and Daren (Irene) Anderson. She is the granddaughter of Gary and Paula Aagard and Glen Lamar and Marlyn Russell. Kristie will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by brother J.J. Russell, and in-laws Andy and Ellen Anderson.

The viewing will be held Friday July 29, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kearns 5th Ward at 4260 West 5215 South, Kearns, Utah. A viewing will also be held on Saturday July 30, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the funeral services which will begin at 1 p.m. at the Grantsville Stake Center at 550 East Durfee, Granstville, Utah. Internment will be at the Granstville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted through the Kristie Anderson Memorial Fund at HeritageWest Credit Union and Mountain America Credit Union . Services entrusted with Didericksen Memorial 435-277-0050.
