He was a fourth generation of Warr’s of which he was very proud of his ancestors. He married the love of his life, Nina Vorwaller — the girl that he had known since childhood. They were married on July 17, 1943 in Montecito, Wash. On Nov. 29, 2008 they were sealed for time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. They were married 67 years and contribute that to patience with one another and being able to talk things out. They had two sons, Colin Keith and Charles Robert Warr. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints were he served as a ward clerk to Bishop Palmer and a home teacher. He retired from the Tooele Army Depot with 36 years of dedication to his job. Pa loved to hunt spending every fall up Bates Canyon and down on the Manti, he loved to fish and took his family all over the western states camping and fishing. Those were the best of times. He had a love for his farm/ranch and raising/selling choice beef and working the ground. His happiest times were out on the tractor. He served on the Grantsville Soil District and was a member of the Tooele County Cattlemen’s Association. In his younger years he loved to bowl with his friends and wife. Pa was known and loved for his honesty and fairness to those he associated with. He was a kind and gentle man.
