Camille Joan Autry Dingfield left this world on April 8, 2011 to be with her Heavenly Father. She was only 21 years old. “This world was never meant for one as beautiful as Cami.” Her husband, Robert Dingfield, the love of her life along with his mother, Peggy Dingfield; and her birth family, father, Charles Jay Autry; her mother, Nila Jane Thurber Autry; her siblings and their families, Caleb and his wife Michelle Ann Hedden Autry, their children, Eric, Cole and Jennica Autry; Christopher Autry (Kiffy) and his son Kaden Autry; Rachel Autry Harris and her husband Brian Harris, and baby Maddeline Harris; April Autry Gailey and her husband Brad Gailey, their son Hunter Gailey, and her brother Levi Autry will all miss her terribly. “It feels cold with you gone, Twenty-one years old and your life is done. You were my sister, a daughter, a wife and friend, the memories of your smile and laughter now bring us all pain and tears…find peace for us in heaven baby sister. Dedicated to my baby sister Cami Jo. Rest in peace 9-4-89 — 4-8-2011, Love you forever.” Caleb Jay Autry (oldest brother).
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 16 at the LDS Chapel, 428 South Hale Street, Grantsville. Public visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Services begin at noon. Graveside services will be at the Grantsville Cemetery, directly following the services. In lieu of flowers a donation account has been set up at the HeritageWest Credit Union. Checks can be written to Cami Dingfield Donation and deposited directly at the bank, or mailed to HeritageWest Credit Union, PO Box 720, Tooele, UT 84074. Deposits will be accepted at any HeritageWest location.
